Background

The Education Board of the Korean government is hiring over 300 ESL teachers for public elementary and secondary positions for the 2008 March term. We are currently recruiting for public schools and selected reputable private institutes as well.

Who can apply?

Applicants who have a Bachelor’s degree in any field and love to teach students between elementary and middle school (7-15 yrs). Applicants with TESL certifications of 100 hours or more, or major in Education, English or Linguistics will earn a higher monthly salary.

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting date: March 2008
  • 1,900~2,800 USD approx. (living cost is 800~900 USD)

Public/Prviate School Working Conditions

Hiring Process

We will contact you to conduct a phone interview.

Once you are hired, an employment contract will be sent to you and you will be asked to submit documents for VISA application.

Visa Process

Once a job is offered, you will be required to send a diploma and transcripts.

A degree confirmation letter from your university can replace the original diploma for public / private schools application.
